Introduce Maeve as more than another luxury apartment community in downtown Raleigh by creating a lifestyle story that captures the personality, energy and sense of place behind the brand.
ANSWER
We took a different approach to traditional apartment video, creating a cinematic day-in-the-life story that follows two residents as they move through Maeve and downtown Raleigh. Rather than simply showcasing spaces and amenities, the film personifies the Maeve brand through two parallel journeys—bringing its quiet confidence, elevated lifestyle and connection to the city to life. Their paths ultimately converge on the rooftop, creating a memorable ending that turns a property tour into a story viewers can see themselves in.
