Introduce Durham’s newest luxury mixed-use development, build excitement before completion, and give prospective residents a compelling way to experience the vision, amenities and lifestyle of The Novus.
ANSWER
We created a complete brand experience for The Novus, from a visual identity inspired by the energy and growth of downtown Durham to a custom website built to drive pre-sale interest. Through video storytelling created in partnership with Bogza, we brought the unbuilt environment to life, helping prospective residents envision the architecture, amenities and elevated lifestyle before construction was complete.
